Implementation in everyday life
Several times, while building this digital program, we have had women with endometriosis test and evaluate the program, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvements.
One of the things that you have experienced as particularly challenging and that you have asked for more help with is how to implement the program in everyday life.
Since everyday life is often already filled up with activities from morning to bedtime, it may be necessary to put other things on hold during this 10-week period in order to find and prioritize time to participate in this endometriosis management program.
Therefore, take a few minutes to think about what activities in your everyday life you can put on hold while you complete the MY-ENDO program...
Planning is key
Many participants experience that it is helpful to have the time for the program planned in advance - specifically, to write it in your calendar, when it is "MY-ENDO time".

At the start of each of the 10 sessions, i.e., once a week, you will need to prioritize time to read or listen to this week's theme. In addition, our recommendation is that you spend 30-45 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week on practical exercises (mindfulness and yoga).
For some, it works best to get up half an hour earlier in the morning and start the day with mindfulness and/or yoga. Others find it easier to find the time when they get home from work/study/school, either before or after dinner, after the kids are tucked in bed, or in the evening just before bedtime.
What you choose to do is entirely up to you. The most important thing is that you decide when your "MY-ENDO time" is going to take place and that you reserve the time for it in your calendar. Otherwise, it could end up being pushed to the next day and then the next day again, without you ever really getting started.
Therefore, take a few minutes to consider what time of day your "MY-ENDO time” should be - possibly at a fixed time every day...
